ABOUT MYRTO

Myrto Ashe, M.D., Life and Wellness Coach I am an experienced physician with a long-standing interest in behavior change who now focuses on coaching.

The combination of skills I possess makes my services unique.

  •  I have been working as a physician since 1987, and continue to do so. I have partnered with thousands of people with a wide range of problems to help them attain more comfort, a better energy level, and a healthier future. I bring this experience to the coaching relationship.
  •  I know the best ways to support people who are learning and adopting behaviors to improve their health. Coaching allows me to apply these skills most powerfully, to attain results that you will find exciting, efficient and inspiring.
  •  I know how to evaluate heath claims I read about in the lay press and in the professional literature. This is a skill I can teach you.
  •  I have read 15 years' worth of key studies on health promotion, disease prevention, and related areas to satisfy my long-standing interest in the topic of wellness. I can point you in directions you never knew existed.

Life coaching can be what finally leads you to a healthy, vibrant and fulfilling life.

Finally, you can learn to overcome common roadblocks to vitality and balance. You learn how to get started and how to keep going.

The key benefit is having a knowledgeable and wise partner, who holds you accountable and inspires you to reach your goals.

My services consist of weekly half-hour telephone coaching sessions. I offer provocative questions and feedback to help you elucidate values, motivation and strategies.
