I am an experienced physician
with a long-standing interest in behavior change
who now focuses on coaching. The combination of skills I possess makes my services unique. |
- I have been working as a physician since 1987, and continue to do so. I have partnered with thousands of people with a wide range of problems to help them attain more comfort, a better energy level, and a healthier future. I bring this experience to the coaching relationship.
- I know the best ways to support people who are learning and adopting behaviors to improve their health. Coaching allows me to apply these skills most powerfully, to attain results that you will find exciting, efficient and inspiring.
- I know how to evaluate heath claims I read about in the lay press and in the professional literature. This is a skill I can teach you.
- I have read 15 years' worth of key studies on health promotion, disease prevention, and related areas to satisfy my long-standing interest in the topic of wellness. I can point you in directions you never knew existed.
