HOW I WORK
The principles I believe in:
- People deserve to live with good health and a high energy level. In my practice I constantly come across people who definitely deserve a better life than the one they have!
- Everything in our lives is interrelated. The answers to our problems lie in looking at the whole picture with a new point of view.
- Each of us can find answers within ourselves. You are the expert in your own life. A good coach has the questions that will help you find these answers.
- Motivation is about staying in touch with the best of yourself. It needs to be an active process but it is not a difficult one.
I propose a five-step plan to get you on your way to solving your health problems:
- Understand that "shoulds" and "to-do" lists are not enough!
You have tried them, and you are still looking for a fun and
lasting way to attain your weight loss and health goals…
Explore "The
Wellness Year" newsletter and our bonus gift.
- Realize that you can strengthen your motivation by clarifying
your core values.
Choosing 10 core values from a list of 100 or 200 generic
values is not a good approach. We recommend uncovering
them through careful reflection. Use the free
tools offered on this website to elicit your most
important values.
- Learn to energize your motivation by orienting your life
around your key values.
This highly active, long term process is done carefully, step
by step, and offers surprising advantages.
- Develop supportive and enabling environments.
This "life design" process is new to the majority
of people. Your "environments" automatically keep
you working on certain goals. Careful environmental design will
make your health habits the new "path of least resistance".

I would be delighted to provide professional support,
or inspire you to set bigger goals than you previously
thought possible.
